Kinesio Pilates opened in the summer of 2020 in Vinings. We are conveniently located in the Canoe Restaurant shopping center, and are only 15 minutes from Buckhead and Smyrna. We offer Private and Group sessions that are 55 minutes each. All sessions are taught by highly qualified and experienced Stott trained instructors.

Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Pilates concentrates on posture, balance, and flexibility. In addition to these benefits, Pilates also balances muscles on each side of your body and provides better coordination and balance.
